Basic package includes aerial (drone) footage + interior footage of every room/floor.

AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO

Half Day Shoot (0-5 hours)

+ Editing Rate 

 Half day fee is charged for going out on location and shooting. Part of this value is also due to my legal ability to fly commercially according to Federal laws. Depending on how many images and processing a client requires, editing time will vary. Contact for an estimate on your personal project.

Some clients require footage as well as images in order to showcase craftsmanship of a home
or in special cases may need properties shot from an aerial view for films, commercials, or other projects unaffiliated with this company on the other production aspects.

A typical advertisement might involve copyright-free music, interviews with clients/employees, footage of products/buildings/environments, some sound design and a professional color grade. Commercials may vary but involve a similar process to corporate advertisements. Music licensing fees are not under our control but range from $20-$50. This topic will be discussed during the pre-production consultation.

Our highlight and hype videos will include sound design (i.e. water splashing in a scene with water), cinematic highlights/workouts with some super slow motion, B-roll (i.e. coaches screaming on the sidelines, players celebrating), cinematic color grades, and more. Contact for more information.
